Engine Workshop

From a single head to a complete engine, built to measurement.

Air-cooled discipline — 356, F-series, G-series, 964, 993. Performance upgrades for new Porsche models. Refresh, rebuild, performance — decided by measurement, not by sound or sight.

Refresh & Rebuild

Disassembly, inspection, and measurement before any decision is made. Each component logged against factory tolerance — bore, stroke, end-float, clearance, valve seat depth, valve guide wear, spring pressure, cam timing. Reused, machined to specification, or replaced — decided on data. The rebuild closes with a written report: starting condition, work performed, measurements at each stage, parts replaced with part numbers and supplier traceability. Measured. Rebuilt. Documented.

Performance

Performance builds start with target output, target torque curve, and target reliability hours — not a horsepower number from a magazine. From those targets the build works backwards: displacement, compression, cam profile, induction, exhaust, ignition mapping, fuelling. Each component selected for the duty cycle the owner intends — road, track, or mixed. Dyno-tested before delivery. Dyno chart and driveability notes delivered with the engine. We build engines to be driven.
